If you are looking for a place that is so serene and so peaceful, then the long search is over! You must see Pawa Beach Resort located in Brgy. Pawa Panay Capiz. How to get there? From Roxas City, ride a tricycle in Roxas-Panay terminal located along Legaspi Street for P 15.00. 

One of the clean, safe and relaxing beaches around Capiz. No entrance fee. I recommend having a vehicle service rather than commuting and bring your own food to have a budget wise beach visit. Currently the road to Pawa beach is mostly under repair and not so wide. So drive safely and enjoy the trip.

Sta. Monica Church

  Sta. Monica Church Panay's centuries old church is the town's historic landmark and foremost tourist attraction. It is constructed in 1571 and completed in 1771. The grand structure is 70 meters long, 25 meters wide, 18 meters high and shaped in the form of a Latin cross. The 3-meter thick wall is made of coral blocks and the flooring of black Spanish marble, red tiles and ceramic. It has three(3) towering altars made of hardwood decorated with ornamental bas-reliefs and antique statues, a delicate expression of old Spanish Baroque. the church was declared as a "National Historical Landmark" by the National Historical Institute (NHI Board Res. No. 3). The church is built of coral blocks and is approximately 70 metres long, 25 m in width and 18 m in height; the walls are about 3 metres thick. Capturing The Napti Island

 Napti Island Napti is a small uninhabited island located north of Brgy. Agojo. From the mainland, it can be reached in 15 minutes by boat ride. Its shore is white made of white stones and coral reefs remains. Plenty of live coral reefs can be found in the surrounding coast, making it ideal for snorkelling and scuba diving Napti Island is about three to four hectares big, this island is located near Olotayan Island. It has white sands, a small cave and abundant shells can be found in the area. Napti is uninhabited island. The beach is inviting and the waters are cool and free of troublesome jellyfish the whole year round. A small cave, about 100 meters long, winds several feet below the surface across the island.
